Rajita Sharma is an Associate Lawyer at Ontario Family Law Solutions, where she advises clients on a broad range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, parenting, support, and property division. She is known for her structured, analytical approach and her ability to guide clients through complex and emotionally charged situations with clarity and focus.
Rajita holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, Mental Health, and Psychology from the University of Toronto, where she completed her thesis at Toronto Western Hospital. Prior to pursuing law, she worked as an Economic Analyst with the Government of Canada, developing a strong foundation in policy analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving – skills she now brings to her legal practice.
She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. During law school, she completed a placement with the legal department at SickKids Hospital, gaining exposure to complex institutional legal matters and high-stakes decision-making environments.
Rajita began her legal career with Ontario Family Law Solutions as a student and now continues with the firm as an associate. Having trained within the firm, she brings a strong understanding of its client service standards and approach to resolving family law disputes efficiently and effectively.
She has participated in mooting, negotiation, and arbitration competitions, further developing her advocacy and dispute resolution skills.
Rajita was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading, maintaining an active lifestyle, travelling, and spending time with her family.
